Fish Market Tour in English (June 15, 8:30-9:30)

Join me on a trip to one of Frankfurt’s fish markets. I will tell you how to choose both the fish and the fishmonger. 😀 We will roam around the market and take a close look at what’s on offer.

I will show you how to choose the best fish and seafood for your dinner – from knowing if your fishmonger is treating fish respectfully, to discovering how to check if it's the best season for the fish you select. We will explore the issues of fish sustainability, as well as the differences between wild and farmed fish.

After the trip, I will share some recipes for the fish we have selected, and follow up in a closed group to support you while you are cooking them.
